When booking with any balloon or florist specialists, make sure they are familiar with your wedding venue so they can make informed suggestions that will work well with the surroundings.
Take any colours or designs that you have already chosen for your invites and your bridal party clothes to any meetings with your decorator so they can tie in the decorations perfectly.
If you are having balloons, why not have a few extra spare blown up for any younger guests to play with so they won't want to pick at your displays!
